- You are part of a paediatric, multidisciplinary team that looks after each other. We provide each other with clinical support, and we get the opportunity to engage in joint therapy sessions with other allied health disciplines. The bottom line is we have each other’s back every day while keeping our client’s goals at the centre of everything we do.
- Your contribution to the team is acknowledged through above award rates. After your initial year flying to Greater Heights, you are eligible to be part of our reward system where you are provided with bonuses for contributing to the value of our clinic and our clinic’s values. Allied Health Professionals are highly skilled people, and we are committed to celebrating your awesomeness!
- You choose which ‘Streams of Excellence’ you would like to join so that you receive referrals that build your preferred caseload, receive professional development in the clinical areas that fuel your passion, and become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that supports our clients in your area of interest. If your ‘Stream’ doesn’t yet exist, we will work with you to create a team and acquire the resources so that you can follow your dream.
- Our supportive Client Experience Officers look after all the ‘front of house’ and ‘back of house’ administrative tasks, leaving you to do what you really love to do.
- We work with you to specifically craft a career that you love – get creative and design your ideal future so that together we can figure out how you can get there.
- We are centrally located in an awesome and super-friendly Health and Lifestyle Centre – so convenient for your workouts, Pilates, and Yoga. There is even an indoor pool onsite!
