Our neuro-affirming autism assessment clinic gives families the clarity and understanding they’ve been looking for- and the confidence to take the next step.
Led by our Psychologist, Helen and Occupational Therapist, Rochelle, our multidisciplinary assessment process looks at the whole child, not just a checklist.
The Greater Heights autism assessment is a multidisciplinary evaluation designed to explore your child’s social communication, sensory processing, behaviour and development. The assessment draws on gold-standard tools, parent and caregiver input, and direct observation to build a full picture of your child’s strengths and differences.
How can an autism assessment help my child?
Our clinic is for families who are ready for answers. You might have noticed your child finds social situations confusing or draining, has big reactions to sounds, textures, or unexpected changes, or just seems to experience the world a little more intensely than others.
Whatever has brought you here, Helen and Rochelle will make sure you and your child feel supported every step of the way.
We know that taking the first step towards an autism assessment can feel overwhelming — so we’ve made the process as simple and supportive as possible. From your first enquiry through to receiving your report, Helen and Rochelle will guide your family every step of the way. You’ll always know what’s happening next, and you’ll never feel like just a number.
A diagnosis is more than a label- it’s a roadmap. Here’s what an assessment with us can open the door to:
- NDIS funding to access ongoing therapy and funding
- School adjustments so your child gets the support they need in the classroom
- Multidisciplinary report with practical, tailored recommendations from both a psychologist and occupational therapist
